Returns

Returns Policy

All purchases can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please note we cannot accept returns past this time frame. If a return is sent to us outside of this time frame we will have to send it back to you.

Once a return has been received in perfect condition, we will refund the price you purchased the item at, minus postage charges.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

• Pack up your item carefully to ensure no damage and include your order number and a note with the reason for your return.
• Please return to Koolfit Apparel, Unit 4 Portgloriam, Kilcock, Co Kildare, W23 XH0A.
• We recommend using registered post for your return, as the product is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Please keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.

Please ensure that all tags are still attached to the garment & there is no make-up/ tan or scuff marks on the item. If an item is returned to us in a condition that makes it un-stockable we will have to send it back to you.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us via email at hello@koolfit.ie.

Please kindly note it can take up to 10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account.
